What primary concerns would you like to address for your cat's spa session?

Examples: de-matting/de-greasing/de-shedding/overall cleanliness/ lion clip/teddy bear clip

Would you be interested in enrolling your cat in a maintenance schedule designed to ensure their cleanliness, prevent matting, and enhance their comfort during the grooming process?

A maintenance schedule is important to remove excess dead skin, coat, and oils that cause matting and hairballs. We are currently transitioning into an member salon, with majority of clients on a monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly schedule depending on the needs of the kitty and the pet parent. Routine is important to keep kitties acclimated to the process, for a more comfortable and stress-free experience, as well as healthy skin and coat.

Is your cat fully up-to-date on their rabies vaccine?

Although we highly reccomend all kitties be up to date on all vaccines reccomended by veteriniarians, Rabies vaccine is required for any grooming services, as it required by WA state law. We appreciate your understanding of this.

Has your cat ever been professionally groomed before?

This includes a full bath by a professional groomer. No? That's okay! Many first time clients have not been professionally groomed before. We strive to offer a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for your cat's spa. Routine bathing will help acclimate your cat to the process. Grooming does not need to be scary! This information will allow us better cater to your kitty's needs.

Does your cat have any medical or behavorial concerns?

This will not impact if your cat(s) is accepted or not. This information is helpful so we can take proper precautions to keep your cat and our staff as safe and comfortable during the groom process as possible.
